Class 47 - 47402

Constructed from a Modern Motive Power kit, 47402 is a MK1 class 47/4. The finished locomotive is fitted with a South West Digital DCC decoder which runs directional lighting, cab lighting, diesel exhaust generator, roof fans and a pair of Mashima 1833 motors. The decoder also features true class 47 sound for engine running, horns, brakes and air compressors. This is provided by a pair of 32mm speakers mounted either end of the body cavity.
