I have now soldered in the motor mounting plate and soldered all joins and folds, again only using a gas torch.
I find the gas torch very useful as you can super heat the brass and the solder flows freely into all the cavaties and folds. Minimal clean up is then required.
You will also notice the axles are in place, this is just for the adjustment of the bushes ensuring everything is straight and true and the exles spin freely.
